Had pad thai with friends in a Vietnamese restaurant near Union Square, the food was great. But my friend said the service was horrible, they wouldn't let us change to a bigger table. It cost $9 including tax and tips for each of us. We had lunch specials.
$9 aint bad, if the sole reason for horrible service is from not having a bigger table, then I think your friend has bigger issues in life.
